Omnichannel Tenant Extends 421K-SF Lease in Romeoville

CBRE has arranged a long-term lease extension for Radial, a bpost group company and a leader in omnichannel commerce technology and operations, at its suburban Chicago distribution center. Located at the Prologis-owned 715 Theodore Ct. in Romeoville, IL, the 421,361-square-foot facility offers easy access to Interstate-55.

The team of Paul Diederich, Todd Lippman, Traci Payette and Stephanie Park represented Radial in the transaction.

“With industrial demand starting to outpace supply, well-located distribution centers in core markets are becoming mission-critical assets instead of just strategic advantages,” said Diederich. “This lease was a successful collaboration with ownership that allowed Radial to both advance operations and lower operating expenses through building improvements, empowering them to meet growing omnichannel consumer demand.”

CBRE recently reported that the Far Southwest Suburbs submarket boasts the fourth-largest inventory of industrial space in the Chicago metro area at 92,958,363 square feet as of fourth-quarter 2020.
