Lilola Home Takes Down Nearly 60K SF in Ontario

A recently completed 59,400-square-foot industrial building is strategically positioned in the Inland Empire West market and across from the Ontario Airport. With access to the 10, 15 and 60 Freeways at 1261 E. Airport Dr., the freestanding building features executive offices, eight dock-high truck positions, ESFR sprinklers and a secured truck yard.

Lilola Home, a certified wholesaler of premium furniture and home décor, will leverage the tactical location and upgraded facility to expand distribution and fulfillment capabilities. The landlord representative, Rick Nunez, senior vice president at Colliers, handled the marketing and coordinated the transaction.

“The leasing of the development prior to its completion speaks to a tremendous demand we are witnessing for industrial product during the pandemic,” Nunez said. “Industrial absorption continues to reach record highs with competition for available property continuing to increase.”
