JLL Taps John Weber and Bill Shippen to Lead Multi-Housing Investment Team in Atlanta

JLL has announced that John Weber and Bill Shippen have joined the firm’s Atlanta office focused on multi-housing investment advisory transactions in the Atlanta area and greater southeastern United States. In addition, Kym Seaborn also joins the team as an Operations Manager.

Weber joins JLL as a Senior Managing Director and brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He will oversee the Southeast multi-housing investment advisory team. Shippen joins JLL as a Managing Director with more than 20 years of experience in the multi-housing industry. He specializes in large scale, value-add multi-housing properties that benefit from repositioning and redevelopment strategies.
