JLL Arranges Sale of 313K-SF Industrial Facility in Baltimore
JLL has arranged the sale of a fully-leased, 313,000-square-foot infill warehouse located at 2209 Sulphur Spring Rd. in Baltimore.
Located in an Enterprise Zone at the northern end of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, the property features approximately one acre of fenced storage, heavy power, security, 35 loading docks and the potential for 56 trailer drops. Tenants include Liberty Tire Recycling and Indusco Wire Rope and Fittings. The property has received approximately $6.5 million of capital improvements since 2013.
Jay Wellschlager, Bruce Strasburg, Craig Childs and Elizabeth Runge of JLL represented the seller, The O’Donnell Group, in the transaction. Aminim Group purchased the asset. Additionally, Paul Spellman of JLL secured acquisition financing on behalf of the borrower.
