FoxRock Snags Two Industrial Properties in Metro Boston

Quincy-based commercial real estate investment and development firm FoxRock has acquired 774 Norfolk Street in Mansfield, MASS. and 267 Libbey Parkway in Weymouth, MASS. The two industrial properties total 270,000 square feet. The sales price was not disclosed.

Mansfield’s 774 Norfolk Street is a 246,000-square-foot light industrial facility with up to 32-foot clear heights served by rail. The property is 100% leased through February 2032 to Hub Folding Box, a printing and folding carton company. Weymouth’s 267 Libbey Parkway is a 20,500-square-foot industrial facility with logistics and distribution characteristics. The property is 100% leased through June 2023 to publicly traded food service company, Compass Group USA Inc.

Newmark represented the seller of 774 Norfolk Street while the Conrad Group represented the seller of 267 Libbey Parkway.
