Feit Electric Snags 269K-SF Logistics Center in Henry County

Global smart home and lighting manufacturer Feit Electric has acquired a 268,940-square-foot logistics center in Henry County. The sales price was undisclosed.

Feit Electric will be bringing inventory through the Port of Savannah and tapped Metro Atlanta’s Henry County as the ideal location due to proximity to the Port of Savannah and Atlanta. The building will be upfitted with approximately 12,000 square feet of office space, dock packages and racking. Feit plans to be fully operational by June 2021.

Craig Viergerver and Tyler Flemming of Lee & Associates represented Feit Electric in the acquisition. The distribution center was completed in February 2021 by the seller, Crow Holdings. JR Wright of Strategic Real Estate Partners represented Crow Holdings in the sale.
