Compass’ Polsinelli Lists Industrial Near LI’s Cerro Wire Site

Adelaide Polsinelli, vice chairman of Compass, has been hired to sell the two acre, industrial property located at 70 Gordon Dr., in Syosset, NY. The property is a 36,000-square-foot industrial warehouse building ideally situated in the town of Syosset, in Oyster Bay, Long Island.

The building is currently occupied by three tenants, all under short-term leases. With ceiling heights soaring as high as 30, the property offers a potential user the ability to easily accommodate storage and fulfillment needs.

“With all the attention being drawn to Amazon’s plan for the nearby Cerro Wire site, this property offers smaller investors an opportunity to get in the game,” said Polsinelli.

Historically, the area was best known for its concentration of storage and warehouse tenants, said Polsinelli. “With the retail and sales landscape evolving, I am now seeing owner-users stepping up as buyers to purchase real estate for their own businesses.”
