Chelmsford Office Property Trades for $15M

Real estate investment, development and management firm The Davis Cos. has acquired 199 and 201 Riverneck Road, a 185,227-square-foot office complex in Chelmsford, located north of Boston. The sales price was reported as $15 million.

The 15-acre property consists of two buildings and formerly served as the headquarters of defense contractor Mercury Systems.

The seller was New Hampshire-based investment firm Brady Sullivan Properties.
