CBRE Tapped to Lease 149K-SF Office Property in West Palm Beach

CBRE has been tapped to lease Waterfront Clematis, a 148,856-square-foot, Class A office complex in West Palm Beach.

Located at 101 and One North Clematis St., the office building is currently 88% occupied and serves as the headquarters for Florida Crystals Corp. The complex features a waterfront location with views of Palm Beach and is in a walkable area directly on Clematis street.

Kevin Probel, Kevin McCarthy and Will Portfolio of CBRE have been tapped to market the property for lease on behalf of the owner, a joint venture between affiliates of Florida Crystals Corp. and Colonnade Properties LLC.

“Waterfront Clematis is a premier Class A office building in the live-work-play environment of downtown West Palm Beach,” said Probel. “We know tenants will be impressed with exceptional views and its convenient location close to many amenities.”
