Atlanta’s Gwinnett Place Mall Trades for $23M

Colliers has arranged the $23 million sale of Atlanta’s Gwinnett Place Mall, a 563,367-square-foot retail property situated on 39 acres in the Pleasant Hill Corridor of Duluth, GA.

The mall was built in 1983 as part of a joint venture between Scott Hudgins and Cadillac/Fairview. The Gwinnett Place Mall has four anchor tenants that own their own storefronts.

Joe Montgomery and Scott Israel of Colliers represented the seller, Las Vegas-based Moonbeam Capital Investments, in the transaction. The buyer was the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County. The County’s redevelopment plans have not yet been announced.
