ZXP Technologies Signs 89K-SF Distribution Center Lease

ZXP Technologies inked a deal with landlord Pontikes Development to take down 89,445 square feet of industrial space at Port 10 Logistics Center in Baytown, TX. The tenant’s new space is at 2700 E. Freeway, Building One, on the far east side of the Houston metropolitan area.

Bob Berry, SIOR and Grant Hortenstine with Avison Young negotiated the deal between the Highlands, TX-based tenant and the landlord, which has offices throughout Texas. The facility will serve as a major distribution center for ZXP’s manufactured lubricant-based products.

“As the energy market continues to improve, companies like ZXP Technologies will continue to grow and expand their market,” Berry said. “The petrochemical industry remains the driving force behind Houston’s industrial market.”
