Zoës Kitchen Plans to Double Area Presence

Zoës Kitchen, a North Texas-based Mediterranean dining chain, currently operates roughly 15 Houston-area locations. Now, the company hopes to double that tally.

Zoës Kitchen entered the Houston metro about seven years ago, and plans to expand over the next few years. The company has selected locally based Transwestern to serve as its real estate advisor. Zoës Kitchen’s Ann Marie Tussey spoke to the selection.

“We are excited to be partnering with Transwestern as we expand our presence in Houston, as well as collaborating together on a successful, strategic market plan.”

Nationwide, the restaurant company operates more than 200 locations.
