Zillow ‘Finds its Way Home’ to Scottsdale Tech Hub

Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners signed a lease with Zillow for 19,550 square feet at Galleria in Scottsdale, AZ. This is the Seattle-based company’s first office in the Phoenix metro area.

Last year, Stockdale completed a major renovation of the lobby and common areas, designed and curated to appeal to technology tenants desiring creative office space. The 537,110-square-foot property is situated within the Downtown Entertainment District, a vibrant and compact walkable neighborhood encompassing several blocks of Old Town Scottsdale and populated by upscale hotels, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as retail stores.

Zillow is the eighth big tech tenant to lease space in the Galleria, a former retail mall. It is quickly becoming Scottsdale’s leading tech hub, attracting more than half a dozen major companies, including Yelp, Square, Indeed, Clearlink, and Spaces.

Cresa’s Mike Gordon represented Zillow. CBRE’s Bryan Taute and Charlie Von Arentschildt represented the landlord.
