Ziff Real Estate Acquires 41K-SF Retail Center in Nashville

Ziff Real Estate Partners has acquired Jackson’s Courtyard, a 41,439-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Nashville. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located in the Hermitage area of Nashville on Lebanon Pike, the center is home to a tenant roster of necessity-based retailers. The property is located at 3441 Lebanon Pike.

Ziff Real Estate plans to manage the property in house. The acquisition is the firm’s 10th project in Tennessee and its first in Nashville. The seller was not disclosed.
