Zephyrhills Industrial Property Trades for $1M

5028 Airport Rd

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.1 million sale of 5028 Airport Rd., a 21,347-square foot industrial property located in Zephyrhills, FL.

The property includes a wide range of tenants on site, including a newspaper company and truck parking. The leases in place are modified gross and the vacant area consists of 2 suites that are roughly 5,500 square feet each. The parcel was formerly in the FAA registry but was removed some time back, which makes it a unique piece of property as it is completely enveloped by the airport’s registry space yet still owned fee simple within its own parcel. The buyer plans to lease up the remaining space and make modifications to the warehouse’s exterior.

Devin Guilliams and Jaclyn Blair of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by Kyle Sorel, an investment specialist with No Limit Real Estate based in Ft. Lauderdale.
