Zenith Freight Lines Comes to NAI Hanson’s Teterboro HQ

NAI James E. Hanson has arranged a lease for 19,154 square feet of flex/industrial space with Zenith Freight Lines at 195 North St. in Teterboro, NJ. The deal brings the property to 100% occupancy.

NAI Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter represented the landlord, Sonehan 195 North Street, in the transaction. The 53,000-square-foot property was originally built in 1960 by NAI James E. Hanson’s namesake; the company completed an extensive renovation last year, and moved its headquarters from Hackensack to 195 North.

“Since James E. Hanson built his first industrial park in New Jersey, our firm has been committed to creating and finding spaces for the dynamic businesses that make up New Jersey,” said DeMagistris. “Decades later, we are honored to occupy one of his spaces where we can continue to build upon his legacy and help find homes for businesses across the state.”
