Zeller Inks HQ Relocation Deal in Schaumburg with Assurance
Zeller Realty Group signed a 75,000-square-foot lease with Assurance Agency, Ltd at Woodfield Preserve Office Center in Schaumburg, IL. The independent insurance brokerage firm plans to relocate its headquarters to 20 N. Martingale Rd. in 2019.
The firm will occupy a portion of the first floor and the entire sixth floor, which is the largest floor plate in the Schaumburg Class A market, offering nearly 52,000 square feet. The 650,000-square-foot building boasts finished ceiling heights of nine feet with full-height windows and a raised floor air distribution system.
Zeller transformed the property including upgrading finishes, improving and adding such amenities as fitness centers, game rooms, conference centers, Wi-Fi lounges, food options, an outdoor courtyard with pergolas and fire pits, mother’s rooms, and community yoga classes and organic gardening classes.
JLL’s Jesse Van Dyke represented the tenant. CBRE’s Bill Elwood and Rob Graham represented the landlord.
