XOJet Lands at Bixby’s Avalon in Newport Beach

Bixby Land Company has reportedly inked its second lease at Avalon, a two-story, 46,000-square-foot building in Newport Beach. Private jet charter service XOJet leased 2,997 square feet at 1501 Quail St., the same office building where Bixby’s corporate headquarters are located.

Bixby, which developed Avalon last year, is also adding a 4,216-square-foot spec suite to meet demand for creative space in Newport Beach. Rapt Studios and Interior Architects collaborated to create a contemporary work environment that features a distinctive indoor/outdoor deck and gathering area.

XOJet was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Greg Tippin, while Bixby was represented by JLL’s Jay Nugent and Greg Puccinelli. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
