Worth & Associates Hires Charles Fulton, Promotes Chad Case

San Antonio real estate developer Worth & Associates beefed up its development team by hiring Charles Fulton from his job of Director of Development with Titan Development, and promoting Chad Case from the position of Development Manager. Both men will have the title of Vice President of Development.

Fulton has close to two decades of experience sourcing, developing and designing a mix of real estate projects including hotels, urban developments, seniors living and industrial projects, with a combined value of more than $500 million. In addition to his stint at Titan Development, he developed projects for Hixon Properties. Fulton graduated from the University of Texas Austin School of Architecture.

Case joined Worth & Associates in 2016, and has 17 years under his belt in medical, laboratory, office, education, hotel and residential development. He received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s degree in construction management from Texas A&M University.
