World Gym Stretches Muscles into Costa Mesa

World Gym International, the iconic Venice Beach bodybuilding club, plans to relocate its headquarters to Costa Mesa, CA from its long-time home in Los Angeles. The expanding studio fitness business will be housed in a new International Franchising Headquarters, along with the first corporate-owned World Gym Athletics Studio, which is scheduled to open by the end of the year.

The training center at 3185 Pullman St. will be the flagship for the new World Gym Athletics Studio franchise model and the new company’s global HQ, which currently has more than 200 full-service, mostly-franchised gyms in more than 20 different countries and territories.

The 4,600-square-foot fitness studio will offer the latest equipment, and training facilities necessary for World Gym Athletics signature training programs, as well as a team of coaches. The HQ will serve as the education and training center for new franchisees. World Gym added 33 gyms in six countries in 2018.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
