Work Wraps on Apartment Complex Near Tech Row

Rhythm Apartments by developer HPI Residential is now complete. The 327,145-square-foot complex is located in northwest Austin, near the city’s Tech Row and minutes from the area’s leading employers.

The complex features 262 units with multiple public areas and high-end amenities, including a business center specifically designed for working from home. Britt Design Group designed all the common spaces including the main lobby, club lounge, game room, business center, media lounge, model units and leasing office.

“This project was designed to contrast with the more residential-style apartments in the area,” said Laura Britt, founding principal, Britt Design Group. “Although Rhythm is located in a more suburban context, the modern architecture, finishes and furniture lend to a more vibrant and urban feel—something very different than what is currently available in the area.”
