Work Underway on Fallbrook Pines, Phase II

Trammell Crow Co. and joint venture partner Clarion Partners broke ground on the second phase at Fallbrook Pines Business Park in Houston’s northwest submarket. Phase II will include two Class A, speculative industrial buildings totaling 660,073 square feet, with completion scheduled for November 2018.

Fallbrook Pines is a 127-acre business park near Beltway 8 and SH 249 on Fallbrook Drive. The 709,000-square-foot first phase was completed in October 2015, and is 100% leased to seven tenants. “We are very pleased with the success of the first phase and are confident tenants will continue to be attracted to the park’s true northwest location, proximity to major highways, and distinguished business park environment highlighted by unique architecture, new roads, and mature trees,” said TCC’s Jeremy Garner.

Rosenberger Construction is the general contractor for the project. CBRE’s Faron Wiley and Joseph Smith are handling leasing activities. Powers Brown is the architect.
