Work Underway on Elizabeth at Presidio

Less than two months after acquiring 8.5 acres within Austin’s Presidio development, StreetLights Residential launched construction on the Elizabeth at Presidio. The 373-unit multifamily luxury apartment complex is StreetLight’s second development in the mixed-use Presidio in northwest Austin. The first units are expected to deliver in 2019.

The new development will be situated at SH 45 and North Lake Creek Parkway. The project will offer one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 504 to 1,938 square feet. Looney Ricks Kiss is the architect of record, TBG Partners is the landscape designer, interiors were designed by Lauck Group, and SLR Construction LLC is the general contractor.

StreetLights Residential’s first Presidio project, The Michael at Presidio, is a 415-unit apartment and townhome complex, which opened in September 2016.
