Work Underway on $79M Parkside @ City Centre

Developers Northstar Commercial Partners and Summit Capital Venture Group have begun work on Parkside @ City Centre, a transit-oriented development in Aurora, CO. The 5.6-acre project is going north at a cost of $78.7 million, and will consist of 216 residential units and 36,000 square feet of retail space.

The retail component is expected to be available for lease by early 2020. Plans for retail include restaurants, a 24-hour convenience store and space for smaller, boutique businesses. The apartments will deliver in summer 2021, and will offer studios and one, two and three-bedroom units. The apartment complex will also offer a fitness center, top-floor lounge and clubhouse.

Milender White is the general contractor. OZ Architecture is the designer of record.
