Work Begins on 380-Unit Soltra at Arizona’s SanTan Village

Leon Capital Group began construction on Soltra at SanTan Village, a 380-unit multifamily complex in Gilbert, AZ. Units from the development at the corner of SanTan Village Parkway and Ray Road will be available in early 2021. McShane Construction Co. is the general contractor, with Gary Todd and James Favata of Todd & Associates as the designer of record.

Amenities will include a 1,900-square-foot, third-story sky terrace with chef’s kitchen, sports bar with kitchen and a “bark park” with a pet spa and grooming station. Also on hand will be a two-tiered, negative-edge resort pool, two-story fitness and wellness center, conference room and work station, and parcel reception kiosk.

“We are very excited about breaking ground on Soltra at SanTan Village. The SanTan Village area is booming, and the town of Gilbert is a great place to live, work and play,” said Leon Capital’s Carl Starry.
