Work Begins on 1M-SF Urban District 30 Industrial Park

Newly-formed Dallas investment firm Urban Logistics Realty and a Crow Holdings Capital-advised private real estate equity fund broke ground on Urban District 30, a 979,700-square-foot, master-planned industrial park in Mesquite, TX. The 80-acre development at interstates 30 and 635 will consist of five buildings; a construction date completion was not disclosed. The $71 million park is anticipated to generate 500 jobs.

Matt Dornak, Blake Kendrick and Drew Feagin of Stream Realty Partners are overseeing leasing and management of the project. MYCON General Contractors is the general contractor, GSR Andrade Architects the designer of record, and JLL arranged capital for the project.

“The increasing tenant demand and limited supply of functional industrial space in northeast Dallas positions this development very well in the market,” Dornak said. “We are confident that the project will see fast success, proving to be a top-tier location for future tenants.”
