WKO Introduces “Swivel” its New Office Concept at Two Gansevoort St.

The William Kaufman Organization (WKO) introduced its new office concept Feb. 15, 2018, on the seventh floor of Two Gansevoort St., an office building in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.  Named “Swivel”, the new office concept combines office suites with a communal core area and amenities, like a central pantry and lounge, meeting rooms and a conference room.

“By sharing amenities, small firms can maximize their private work space and increase their efficiency,” said Jonathan Kaufman Iger, CEO of WKO. “With Swivel, companies no longer need to choose between office space and the amenities required to attract and retain a talented workforce.”

Each private office suite also features its own “swivel” – a unique, rotating wall that can transform its space, for example, from an eight-seat meeting room into two private offices.
