WinnCos Completes Redevelopment of Senior Housing Property in East Haven

Developer WinnCos. has completed The Tyler, a 70-unit senior housing property in East Haven, CT.

The property is a redevelopment of an 84-year-old former high school building and offers units for individuals 55 years of age and older. The unit mix consists of 67 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom units. Amenities at the property include a fitness center, outdoor courtyard and an arts and crafts room.

Twenty apartments rent at market rates, and 50 more are available to residents earning 25 percent to 80 percent of the area median income.
