Windwater Completes $12M Class A Newport Beach Office Sale
Irvine-based Windwater Real Estate recently completed the sale of a 26,561-square-foot Class A office building located at 2260 University Dr. in Newport Beach for $12.3 million to a private buyer. The seller was private family office (records show past occupancy by True Family Enterprises).
The sale included a package of high-end improvements offering a move-in ready space, fully furnished with top of the line audio, video and security systems from a $6.5-million renovation completed in 2015.
The building is adjacent to the Newport Beach Nature Preserve, offering enviable Back Bay views, and just minutes from the beaches of Newport, Corona del Mar and Crystal Cove. The property also features a parking ratio of 4:1000, with ready access to the 55 and 405 freeways via the 73 Toll Road.
