Windstar LPG Joins WestStar Tower Roster

Windstar LPG Inc. will locate at Hunt Companies’ forthcoming WestStar Tower in downtown El Paso. A trans-national importer of propane and refined fuels, Windstar has purchased the 16th floor of the new 20-story office building. The acquisition follows W. Silver Recycling’s full-floor purchase last month.

“We’re pleased to continue to have great companies like Windstar join us at WestStar Tower,” said Josh Hunt, EVP at Hunt. “As can be seen from the construction progress, we are on course to deliver this state-of-the-art Class-AA commercial building in early 2021.”
Anchored by WestStarBank, the project will be El Paso’s tallest building when completed. Pre-leasing and sales of condominium office space are in full swing.

Will and Adin Brown with Sonny Brown Associates are leading the leasing and sales effort for office and retail users.
