Wilson Investment Adds 460K SF to Portfolio

Wilson Investment Properties is now the owner of 19 buildings across six industrial parks in Houston. The acquisition was made through a syndication of individual investors, with the 460,000-square-foot portfolio containing tenants in the manufacturing, fabrication and service businesses.

JHV-1 LLC of Monsey, NY was the seller. “These offerings allow our investors, many of whom are in the technology field, to diversify their investments outside of stocks and Wall Street,” said Tom K. Wilson, principal of Wilson Investment Properties, based in Saratoga, CA.
