Wilson & Stonaker Partnership Acquires 334K-SF Fort Worth Asset

Transwestern handled the sale of Northbrook Business Center, a 334,082-square-foot industrial business park in north Fort Worth, TX. Northbrook 820 LLC, a Wilson & Stonaker LLC partnership, purchased the property for an undisclosed amount from Fort Worth Northbrook Ltd.

“With the property at 85 percent occupancy, this was a solid investment opportunity for us,” said Wilson & Stonaker’s Bill Stonaker. “We were further attracted to the property because of the two adjacent land tracts, which we plan to develop.”

Transwestern’s Jeff Givens and Sarah LanCarte represented the seller in the transaction. The Southlake, TX-based buyer was self-represented.

The four-building complex is located in the Meacham Field/Fossil Creek industrial submarket. Givens and LanCarte will continue to lease the property.
