Willow Bend Announces Office Tower

Plano, TX retail destination The Shops at Willow Bend plans to expand with seven stories of Class A office space. The new 200,000-square-foot tower will be integrated into Dillard’s parking deck, near the sprawling center’s food court, at 6121 W. Park Blvd.

Dallas-based Encore Enterprises is developing the project. The company’s portfolio also includes McKinney’s Marketplace at Craig Ranch, and Dallas’ Pinnacle Tower.

The multi-tenant office building will accommodate 800 people, and feature underground reserved parking. The office space addition is part of Willow Bend’s greater $125 million renovation project.
