Whitebox Real Estate Joins TCN Worldwide

Whitebox Real Estate LLC joined the TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services network. Whitebox is a Dallas-based commercial real estate company that specializes in tenant representation and construction management.

Grant Pruitt, SIOR, Co-Founder and the President & Managing Director of Whitebox Real Estate, launched the firm as a tenant-focused real estate advisory, investment sales, and development company specializing in offering a custom-tailored approach to real estate for the firm’s clients. Pruitt also was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, as well as an associate at Stream Realty Partners.
