Wheel Distributor Rolls into Corona
Lee & Associates negotiated the $5.55 million sale of a 49,617-square-foot industrial building in Corona, CA. The buyer was Euleda, a custom wheel distribution company, which will be relocating and expanding its operations from Anaheim, CA.
Built in 2004, the two-story industrial/office building, is located in Irvine, CA-based KDG Investments’ nine-building, 170,000-square-foot Sampson Industrial Park.
Lee & Associates’ Allen C. Buchanan, Joshua K. Harper and Larry Null represented the seller, Braig Investments, LLC. Colliers International’s Brian Chastain and Chuck Wilson represented the buyer.
Buchanan says, “The buyer needed to expand his space that he currently occupied in Anaheim. This industrial building in Corona, which recently had major upgrades, offered him the space he needed as the business expands.”
