WeWork Setting Up Shop at Victory Plaza Office Building
Co-work giant WeWork is getting ready to expand its North Texas footprint again, by taking down 52,000 square feet in Dallas’ uptown submarket. The company will fill space at Victory Plaza Office Building at 3090 Olive St., which is situated in the 75-acre, $3 billion mixed-use Victory Park. The latest WeWork location is scheduled for an early 2019 opening.
The co-working company will be on the second and third floors of the 436,000-square-foot, 19-story Victory Plaza Office Building, with the space large enough for hundreds of new members. Amenities will include nooks, conference rooms, phone booths, a community bar, pantries and complimentary fruit, water and coffee.
The addition of WeWork is a part of a district redevelopment led by retail partner Trademark Property Co. and owner UST XVI Victory Park, a German real estate investment fund managed by Estein USA.
