WeWork Pushes into Houston with 86K-SF Lease
Co-working operator WeWork will open its first Houston location in fall 2017 at 708 Main in the CBD. The New York-headquartered company is leasing 86,000 square feet; enough space to accommodate more than 1,400 members.
The 708 Main building is part of Jones on Main, a newly branded office property that also hosts the Houston banking headquarters for J.P Morgan Chase at 712 Main. Lionstone Investments owns the building.
The WeWork Houston office will have such amenities as private offices with space for more than 120 employees, ping-pong table and brainstorming rooms, private conference rooms and open space for large events.
