Westmount Hires Michels to Director Position

Westmount Realty Capital, a commercial real estate and investment management company, has hired Kevin Michels as Director of Investment Analysis. His priorities will include multifamily portfolio analysis, and strategic evaluation of opportunities.

Michels’ 14 years of commercial real estate experience include roles at C-III Capital Partners and Cambridge Healthcare Properties Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from The University of Texas, and a Master’s degree in Land and Real Estate Development and Finance from Texas A&M University.

Westmount’s Clifford Booth spoke to Michels’ industry knowledge.

“We’re confident that Kevin’s extensive experience of analyzing asset performance and market conditions will provide valuable insight that will strengthen our investment decisions,” Booth said.
