Westcore Returns to San Bernardino Market
San Diego-based Westcore Properties acquired an 830,750-square-foot industrial building in San Bernardino for an undisclosed amount. The purchase marks a return to San Bernardino for Westcore, where the company purchased the Cajon Distribution Center in 2010, which it later sold after leasing the entire project to Hewlett Packard.
Westcore’s Hack Adams says the Class A, cross-dock facility, located at 6207 N. Cajon Blvd., is expected to draw significant attention because “supply of available warehouse facilities ranging from 750,000 to 850,000 square feet is constrained. This building is particularly well suited as a regional distribution hub or a terrific e-commerce facility,” he said.
CBRE’s Darla Longo brokered the off-market transaction with an undisclosed seller. CBRE’s Jim Koenig and David Consani are handling the leasing of the state-of-the-art facility.
