Westcore Industrial Buy Totals $69M

San Diego-based Westcore Properties has acquired an industrial portfolio of eight buildings in Southern California from MetLife for $69.4 million. The Westcore industrial purchase totals 634,289 square feet on four sites that are located in Buena Park, La Mirada, Ontario and San Dimas.

Tenants in the portfolio include Hochiki America Corp., Isuzu Motors and Western Pacific Storage. The assets are either fully leased or near capacity. This latest Westcore industrial purchase brings the firm’s total Southern California commercial portfolio to more than 2.5 million square feet.
