West Village Loft Building with Courtyard Up for Sale
JLL’s Brendan Maddigan and Brock Emmetsberger are leading the marketing efforts for 54 Seventh Ave. South, a four-story loft building in the West Village. Seller Robert Stern is asking $11.95 million for the 5,715-square-foot property.
“This unique property is being offered for sale for the first time in 25 years,” said Emmetsberger. “54 Seventh Ave. South receives a great deal of attention, as it really stands out in the neighborhood.”
54 Seventh Ave. South features a ground-floor retail showroom, one apartment on the second floor and a residential duplex with a roof deck on the third and fourth floors. Unusually for the neighborhood, the property also includes a front yard.
“We constantly get calls from passersby interested in the building,” Emmetsberger continued. “Not often does an opportunity come up where one can have a business or develop residences in the Village with a private courtyard and parking.”
