West Road Collection Trades Hands for $15M

JW Rich Investment Co. sold the West Road Collection, a neighborhood shopping center in Houston, to Hass Holdings LLC. The 65,798-square-foot center changed hands for $15 million, representing one of the highest prices per square foot in the area.

The property at 10719 North Fwy. is near West Road and Interstate 45. West Road Collection is 98% leased, with tenants including Wing Stop, Mattress One, and Verizon.
