West Midtown’s Inland Tract Completes Construction

Third & Urban and Granite Properties has completed construction on Inland Tract, a 78,785-square-foot adaptive reuse office and flex property in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood. Additionally, the firms have secured three new lease signings at the property,  as well as one lease signing at the properties’ sister project, Complex.

Located at 1218 and 1236 Menlo Dr., Inland Tract features open floor plans and is less than a quarter mile from the future Atlanta BeltLine. The four leases signed at both properties total 74,000 square feet, and were signed by tenants that include Mirion Technologies, a provider of nuclear measurement and detection systems; Rocket Farm Restaurants, the parent company of chef-owner Ford Fry; Kitchen United, an off-premise restaurant delivery provider and Woodsmoke Provisions, a seafood purveyor.

“We are ecstatic to welcome this new slate of businesses to our projects, further validating the demand for alternative, urban workspace in Atlanta,” said Pierce Lancaster, managing partner at Third & Urban. “It is particularly telling to us that companies like Mirion, the world’s largest nuclear measurement firm, have selected a location and style of flexible space that helps their teams work collaboratively and recruit the talent they need for the future.”
