Wells Fargo Unit Relocates to Normandy’s 2500 Westchester

Wells Fargo Advisors has signed a 21,294-square-foot lease at Normandy Real Estate Partners’ 2500 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, NY. The firm will relocate over 75 employees from 1133 Westchester Ave. during the fourth quarter of 2019.

CBRE’s Brian Carcaterra, Michael McCall and Kellene Callahan represented Normandy in the transaction, while the tenant was repped by JLL’s Paul Kauffman. The deal marks the kick-off of CBRE’s 2019 leasing campaign for Normandy, after arranging 55,000 square feet in leases across Normandy’s seven-building Westchester Avenue office portfolio, The Exchange.

“2500 Westchester underwent significant upgrades in 2018, as part of Normandy’s $3-million capital improvement project for its Exchange portfolio,” said Carcaterra. “This was a huge draw to Wells Fargo, who wanted to reinvent how they utilize their office space. Normandy was able to offer a high-end building and a space that allowed Wells to operate in the most efficient way possible.”
