Wellness-Focused Residential on Track to Open this Spring

Mercato Grove, a new wellness-focused residential experience with a local food scene and retail destination, is on track to open this spring on six acres at the primary intersection of Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, OR. The development team led by High Street Residential confirmed that six new restaurants are set to open at Mercato Grove this spring. The development will also offer 5,000 square feet of outdoor dining space.

“It is good to be talking about opening places rather than closing them. This past year has taken a massive toll on our industry and it is exciting to see the light at the end of the tunnel,” said Kurt Huffman, owner of ChefStable. “We have been in this battle all year together fighting for our industry so it means a lot to all of us that we reopen together.”

Mercato Grove also features 206 apartments. The residential and retail spaces are surrounded by outdoor features including a domestic duck habitat and two pieces of public art.
