Wellington Realty Negotiates Sale of 216-Unit Northpark Village

Wellington Realty of Dallas brokered the sale of the 216-unit Northpark Village in Wichita Falls, TX. David Shaffer, Caleb Jones, Tammy Shaffer, William Hubbard, and Curtis Sung with the brokerage company negotiated the deal between seller Northpark Associate 1 LLP,managed by local investor Michael Shallenberger, and buyer Barge Properties, located in Temple, TX.

The apartment complex delivered in 2005, and is at 5601 Central E. Fwy. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom units, and on-site amenities include a pool with outdoor grill, 24-hour fitness center and storage units.

“The new owner purchased a newly-built apartment complex that was in need of some capital improvements,” Shaffer commented. “Over the last several years, Wichita Falls has seen a decent increase in population that has created an immediate housing demand. This was a true value-add asset.”
