Website for Photogs Heads Downtown to 111 Broadway
PhotoShelter, a website designed to help professional photographers manage and organize their business, has signed a 23,306-square-foot lease at Capital Properties’ 111 Broadway, also known as the Trinity Building. The company will relocate its offices from Union Square to the entire 19th floor of the 21-story property, beginning in May.
CBRE’s Brad Gerla, Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo and Adam Leshowitz represented Capital Properties in the deal. NKF represented the tenant.
“111 Broadway made perfect sense for PhotoShelter,” said Gerla. “The 23,000-square-foot full floors are laid out perfectly for creative tenants and provide tremendous natural light and air.”
Additionally, he said, “the property is located above the 4/5 Wall Street subway stop and is also within walking distance to the Fulton Transit Hub, which are all prerequisites for today’s TAMI tenant.”
The 460,000-square-foot office property dates from 1905, and has been updated over the years.
