Wawanesa Claims 74K SF in San Diego’s Mission Valley

Wawanesa General Insurance signed a 73,970 square-foot lease in San Diego’s Mission Valley. The claimed space at H.G. Fenton Company’s 7650 Mission Valley Rd., is a two-story, freestanding building located in a full-service Mission Valley Heights business park environment.

The interior improvements were recently removed creating a fresh “white-box” condition and the building features top signage. It’s located near three major San Diego freeways: I-405, I-8 and SR 163, as well as two malls, Fashion Valley and Westfield Mission Valley. The San Diego Trolley’s Green Line is also in immediate proximity to the site.

Faller Real Estate’s Jon Faller represented the tenant. CBRE’s Bill Dolan, Rob Merkin and Ryan Grant advised the landlord.

Dolan says, “The property is centrally located in Mission Valley, which boasts the largest retail market and second largest office market in San Diego County.”
