Watt Companies Names Devereux as President

Thirty-year commercial real estate industry veteran John Devereux will join Watt Companies as president, with his appointment marking a starting point for Watt’s future growth plans targeting commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, development, and joint venture opportunities.

Devereux will join the Watt executive team in overseeing strategy and execution for all activities of the Company, with a particular focus on financial matters and long-term growth initiatives. Devereux will report to Nadine Watt, who was promoted to CEO after serving as president of Watt Companies for nine years.

Devereux’s previous experience includes tenures at OneWest Bank, Colony Capital and PeerStreet.
