Watson Land “Tilting” Final Phase of 5.1M-SF Chino Master Plan
Watson Land Company is building two new Class A industrial buildings to begin the final 1.1-million-square-foot build of Watson Industrial Park – Chino. Lee & Associates is handling leasing.
Walls are in “full tilt” for two of the three buildings encompassing 267,000 square feet and 560,000 square feet respectively, with a final 275,000 square feet to follow. All buildings at the Chino development are highlighted by Watson’s signature Legacy and LEED features, focused on serving the demands of logistics intensive operators.
Christopher Kennedy, economic development manager for the City of Chino who works closely with Watson on tenant attraction, applauded the new construction. “Watson Land Company has always been and continues to be a great partner with the City of Chino. It is important to have long term investors who care about the community in which they invest and Chino continues to see the value that quality development creates in the city.”
